This project is a structural steel building that consists of 22,000 SF floor space. A metal stud system was used along with brick veneer.

The auditorium consists of a balcony and lower floor with a seating capacity of 1229 people. It has an orchestra pit along with a large stage. Porcelain tile is in the large entry and the stage floor is white oak.
