All work on this project was done under a cost/plus design/ build contract for this local insurance company. It not only includes office space for the Owner but lease space as well. The framing is wood studs with a roof structure of wood trusses. This building is fully sprinkled for fire protection.
Exterior finishes feature brick and EIFS. Faux finishes inside and professional landscaping makes this a handsome structure. Completion was April of 2001. Tim Taylor was the architect.
